Jennifer Courville - Jennifer spent 23 years in the highly consumer focused industry of travel and tourism, and returned to earn an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Management in 2010. Having lived and worked in multiple states, traveling to over 29 countries, Jennifer has an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior both here and abroad. With extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development and customer service, her expertise in strategic analysis, innovative sales and marketing plans, as well as harmonizing staff and client relations, continues to help businesses across industries, find the perfect balance between profit and high-level customer care. Jennifer was recently asked to design a program teaching Consumer Behavior at The Citadel and has continued sharing her expertise also teaching The Principles of Marketing in her spare time. Jennifer now serves as the Regional Vice President in fertility and family building benefits, selling to the large enterprise clients across industries.

Jonathan Courville - Jon is the lead consultant that specializes in independent, impartial analyses of real estate development, sales and marketing plans along with the entire entitlement and due diligence process.  Having spent more than 20 years as a Real Estate Development Executive and Consultant with a portfolio of over $1B, including 1.6 million sq ft of retail centers, 6.8 million sq ft of commercial entitlements, over 30,000 residential units, and $300M in resort property development, Jon has also directed the complete sales and marketing process to completion. Jon utilizes his extensive experience and innovative Proptech/CRE Tech solutions to advise on market conditions, project potential and portfolio developments. Jon has also acted as an advisor, mentor and sales coach for a start-up Luxury Brokerage and Vacation Property Management company providing the framework for proper expansion and consistent growth allowing the young company to exceed all revenue goals.

Ethan Courville - Ethan earned a Master’s Degree from the prestigious Real Estate Development Program at Georgetown University, and has extensive experience in SaaS start-ups, Business Development, Real Estate and Proptech/CRE Tech. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Citadel where he led the Corps of Cadets as the Human Affairs Officer exemplifying the Corps’ Code of Ethics and Honor. Ethan also trained at The University of Westminster School of Business and the Global Finance Department of IBM, building new insights to real estate investment and business development.

After navigating the IOS development and approval process, artificial intelligence and start-ups, Ethan transitioned into a primary consulting role in December 2016 bringing with him a millennial’s knowledge of tech, apps, social media, business development and leadership. Ethan continues his tireless effort to research, develop and execute the most complex strategic plans. With Georgetown’s astute training and Ethan’s innate ability to guide, coach and lead, Ethan continues to help organizations build strong teams with the desire to win.

Pierre Estoppey -  Pierre is an experienced hotel, restaurant and import/export executive with over thirty years of hands on experience. Trained at the Ecole Hoteliere, Lausanne, Switzerland, with a Master’s Degree in Hotel Management and a Business and Accounting degree from the Superior School of Business, also in Switzerland, Pierre brings old world service sensibility to a new age of innovative hospitality. Fluent in four languages, with extensive experience returning under-performing entities to profitable operations, Pierre has a comprehensive hospitality vision for the future. With a concentration on increased ADR, REVPAR and occupancy, relationship building and superior personalized level of service, and a refined eye for the finer things from Swiss and French importing and exporting, Pierre’s vision and training capabilities consistently lead to increased return ratios for hotels and restaurants.

Pam Teagarden - Starting her career as a banker with the addition of post graduate studies in Corporate Behavioral Psychology, Pam developed an ROI for people practices. Pam is certified in over 35 psychometric tools, partnering this with expert selection and use. Her interpretation of the data allows for an authentic look at behavioral strengths resulting in a strategic plan for the future.  Pam serves as faculty to the Global Thought Leadership Institute and co-organized Corpus Operis, a global cross disciplinary community to study innovative work forces. Currently a fellow at Columbia University, Pam marries her understanding of organizational psychology with the tools and metrics for predictive business analytics.
